3. Who can see it
- The ID documents can only be seen by you and the school's administrators. They are stored in a private area, not reachable from the Internet.
- Your name and photo can be seen by other users (for example as the author of a document).
- A certificate's verification page, reached by scanning its QR code, only shows the student's name, class, school year and issue date.
- Emails are sent through an email service (Google Gmail).
4. How long we keep it
- Your data is kept as long as your account exists.
- When the account is deleted, your profile, photo, ID documents and published documents are erased.
- The information on a certificate already issued is kept so that it can still be verified.
- Security backups are made every night and kept for 14 days.
5. Your rights
You can view and correct your information at any time from the page My profile. You can ask for your account or ID documents to be deleted, or for any information about your data, by contacting the administration.
6. Cookies
The site only uses the cookies it needs to work (keeping you signed in and securing forms). Your light or dark mode preference is stored on your device. No advertising or audience measurement cookies are used.
7. Security
Passwords are encrypted, sensitive files are stored in a private area, and repeated sign-in attempts are blocked. As no system is foolproof, we recommend using a password you do not use anywhere else.
